Ghaïst has over 16 years of experience practicing psychotherapy and working in organizational circles in Montreal and several regions of Quebec. He has responded to situations of tragedy: such as suicide, workplace violence, and other critical incidents. He has also provided postvention support to individuals and groups who have been victims or witnesses of traumatic events.

Since late 2004, Ghaïst has been a part of the Critical Incident Trauma Response team for WarrenShepell, a company that provides Employee Assistance Programs to over 2500 organizations in Canada and the United States. Read More

Haiti’s 2010 Earthquake — Ghaïst assisted workers and administrators of an international major non-profit organization (NGO) composed of native and expatriate employees following the 2010 earthquake which claimed over 300,000 human casualties. Read more
